Dawson community recipes: Cabbage Pancake Pie by Nadia Khouri

"Dawson is my long-lasting family," wrote Humanities/Scholar in Residence Nadia Khouri. "I'm still connected via a newsletter I send to my Humanities colleagues."

Nadia was one of the first people to suggest that D News publish recipes for and from the community. She suggested recipes with five or less ingredients to make on a budget. Italians call these cheap, delicious and nutritious recipes "cucina povera, big on flavour, easy on the wallet," said Nadia.

You can send a recipe you would like to share in D News by using the submit news form or emailingChristina.
