1. How do I get my books?

    • Come to the bookstore and shop for your books.
    • We no longer require appointments or printed book orders because you will be selecting your books yourselves.

2. How can I find the required text materials for my class?

    • Log into your Omnivox
    • Go to College Services
    • Click on Bookstore Course List
    • Your registered courses will appear
    • Click on a class and a drop-down menu of readings will appear

3. Do I need to pre-order my books?

    • No.

4. Do I need to make an appointment to come to the bookstore?

    • No.

5. I ordered my books online. Does this mean that I have paid for them?

    • Only E-Books are paid for online through Campus E-Bookstore

6. What method of payment can I use?

    • We accept Visa, Master Card, debit and cash
    • We DO NOT accept AMEX

8. What is considered a 鈥渂usiness day鈥?

    • Business days are Monday 鈥 Friday during store hours

9. My book is priced at $0.00 in my Bookstore Course List, does this mean it鈥檚 free?

    • Unfortunately, no. Sometimes books are listed at $0.00 when we have not yet received an invoice with pricing from the publisher, it is updated when we receive the price. No books are free.

10. What items are final sale?

    • All merchandise, clothing, scrubs, supplies, course manuals, custom hoodies, Chits and liquidation items
    • There are no refunds for books purchased for intensive courses.

11. Do I need to have my receipt to return something?

    • Yes
